The Faitheroic Generation is a registered network business incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission with registration number RC 2566725. It is set up for engaging in digital marketing and other entrepreneurial skills for persons who are poised to become successful entrepreneurs with headquarters in Ilesa, Osun State. It has its organizational structure as well as divisions. The divisions are graciously approved by the headquarters with the aim of bringing the network business closer to persons who may be unaware of the succor and profitability of being a networker and a digital marketer. The OlambeFHG is a division of the Faitheroic Generation and it is headed by a Team leader.
The organization shall be addressed and known as the OlambeFHG TEAM (hereinafter known as the Team), a division of FHG, a registered network marketing business incorporated on 04-01-2018 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (hereinafter referred to as CAC) No RC 2566725.
This document is supreme and shall have binding force on all members. The OlambeFHG Team shall not be governed, ruled, led nor shall any person or group of persons take control of the Team or any part thereof except in accordance with the provisions of the rules contained in this Document

The OlambeFHG is devoted to offering a networking platform for its members and partners, acknowledging the endeavor and responsibility of OlambeFHG to fulfill their dreams. Every member is to be of good character, for he is an Ambassador of the Team
Every member is to engage in harmonious relationship both within and outside the office for a common goal in line with the objectives of the Team
Membership shall be open to all persons irrespective of Nationality, State of Origin, Sex, or Age having indicated interest in joining the Team
A person shall be deemed to be a member upon obtaining a membership form fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000)
He shall be entitled to pay a sum of One Thousand Naira (N1,000) as monthly subscription for the first three months and a subsequent payment of Three Thousand Naira (N3,000) after becoming a professional for office maintenance.
Consequent on the provisions of (1), (2) and (3) above, a person shall remain a bonafide member of the Team upon fulfillment of the requirements of being a registered member.
Without prejudice to (1)-(4) above, registration of a new member shall be at the prerogative of the Team leader. He shall determine the requirements for registering the new member at his discretion.
A newly registered member is otherwise known as ‘NEWBIE’
A newbie must sign up to the Neolife Stage WITHIN the period of three months after registration
A member is deemed registered once he has signed up to the Neolife Stage while a non- registered member (newbie) is still at the incubation stage during the three months membership preparatory training.
Newbies must attend at least twelve (12) hours training per week, and must register their presence in the office for a minimum of four days per week during the three months incubation stage
Any newbie who is below 18 years shall be sponsored by a guarantor who shall be a member of his immediate family
A member shall:
a. Be corporately dressed at all times
b. Engage all members with every modicum of respect and dignity without recourse to age, sex, race or nationality
c. have the privilege to be produced an identity card with full name, address, designation and any other details as may be deemed fit
A member’s obligation shall be to:
a. pay his monthly subscription fees
b. participate in the activities of the Team
c. abide by the provisions of the rules provided therein
d. avoid acts that may dent the image and reputation of the Team
e. attend meetings of the Team regularly
A fine of One Thousand Naira (N1,000) shall be imposed on a member who is absent from any meeting convened by the Team leadership without prior notice.
Sequel to the above, the fine shall be reviewed forward to a sum of seven Thousand Naira (N7,000) if a member defaults by absenting himself during each meeting period for five times.
A member shall not engage in any form of fraud, scam or any despicable act. If found guilty the team reserves the right to hand over the member to the police.
Dating is highly prohibited in the office.
The Team reserves the exclusive right to manage the personal information and all details on the payment portals of any member from deposits to withdrawals. The funds are monitored diligently and not meant to be dispensed with, without approval from the team leader.
Withdrawal of funds from the payment portal is subject to approval by the team leader, and it is strictly for business purpose before being directed for personal use.
A person shall cease to be a member/distributor if:
a. He is absent from meetings for five consecutive times
b. He fails to fulfill his obligations as a member for a month
c. He does 0 Points Value in a month
d. He perpetrates or engages in fraud of any kind
e. He perpetrates a dastardly act which may be detrimental to the image and reputation of the Team
f. He resigns his membership after due communication in writing to the Team leader at least three weeks before taking his leave
A member who is interested in learning ONLY the digital marketing aspect of the business shall be required to pay an amount of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) each month for continuous training.
The hierarchical structure of the Team shall be.
Newbie: A person who is not less than three months
Professional: One who has spent more than 3 months, has minimum of 3 downlines and has fully registered his membership. He carries out his task independently and trains newbies.
Distributors: He gets a personal office and automatically becomes a team leader. He is obliged to have a personal accumulation of 100 Points Value.
Manager: He accomplishes a 250 Personal Point Value (PPV) or 500 Group Points Value (GPV) in group accumulation. A Distributor is entitled to become a Manager within two months and must have attained the prescription of his previous designation. He shall not spend more than four months on the current status.
Senior manager: He accomplishes a 500 Personal Point Value (PPV) or 1000 Group Points Value (GPV) in group accumulation. A Manager is entitled to become a Senior Manager within four months and must have attained the prescription of his designation. He shall not spend more than four months on his current status.
Executive manager: He accomplishes 2000 Group Points Value (GPV) in group accumulation. A Senior Manager is entitled to become an Executive Manager within four months and must have attained the prescription of his designation. He shall not spend more than four months on his current status.
Director: A person shall become a Director within one year of joining the team.
Meetings shall be convened at the instance of the Team leader when he deems fit. Consequently, meeting periods shall serve as training periods for members and it shall be compulsory for all members (both registered and non-registered).
All attendees must attend corporately and promptly. No form of lateness shall be condoned.
A member who is away from the jurisdiction shall duly communicate to the Team leader in writing at least within a week
Distributors shall hold their meetings every Wednesday
The Team shall have power to amend any part of this Guiding rules whenever it deems fit to do
